Our families’ furniture is not just a testimony to the past, but a life force that accompanies us warmly into the present.
When the idea for That’s Napoli was born, we wanted the apartment to be like the houses we lived in: Neapolitan houses with antique furniture and contemporary pieces. We immediately thought of furnishing it with antique furniture that had belonged to our families and had been protectively preserved by us over time. Here at That’s Napoli we share our great-grandfather’s corner cupboards, the antique chest of drawers with flap in their bedroom, the small desk our parents used as children, the chest of drawers in the living room; all bearing witness to times gone by but also all are an expression of enduring emotions.
