About us

Hosting friends and offering them the best has always proved enormously gratifying to us. From that pleasure emerged “That’s Napoli” a way to extend that same hospitality and welcome to tourists and visitors.

Why “That’s Napoli”? Because it presents a curated sampler of “Napoletanità” with all its imagination, passion, culture and love of tradition as brought to life in the playful energy of Dean Martin’s famous “That’s Amore!”

We chose a sunlit apartment in the heart of Naples, in an 18th-century building on the corner of Via Trinita degli Spagnoli and the famous Via Toledo. In a few steps our guests can reach all the main points of interest, from the Old Town to the Seafront, from Sant’Elmo Castle to the Royal Palace, the San Carlo Theatre and even the port from where you can take off for a day trip to Capri, Ischia, Sorrento or Procida.

Here’s “That’s Napoli”, an elegant Neapolitan home where antique family heirlooms live harmoniously alongside the modern. In the common areas, complementing modern magnesite flooring, you can see original and traditional Neapolitan hand-painted majolica tiles from the original Stingo factory, in operation since the 1700’s.
The uniqueness of the furnishings makes each of the six rooms different. Here, with traditional motifs such as the ancient 18th-century “riggiole” transformed into a headboard, there with the colors of handcrafted fabrics by Livio de Simone, the famed Neapolitan designer of the 1960’s, elsewhere with family mementos, imaginatively presented in a modern mode.

Welcome to “That’s Napoli”! We can’t wait to introduce you to an authentic Naples, off the tourist track, secret and unseen.
