  • Check-In is from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; However, please contact the property to advise your estimated time of arrival. Electronic check-in via telephone is possible for arrivals after 5 p.m. On weekends check-in is until 2 p.m.
  • Check-out is by 10.30 a.m.; if possible we will be happy to postpone it.
  • A tourist tax of € 2.50, per person (over 14 years) and per day of overnight stay up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights is payable (Municipal Council Resolution N° 13 of 29/03/2019)
  • Payment for the stay is settled on arrival, subject to a down payment, in cash or with a valid credit card.
  • Cancellation during the stay does not give rise to any refund.
  • We are required to register our Guests and to send a copy of the registration to the Police Department (data processed in accordance with the obligations of law no. 675 of 31/12/1996); for this purpose, all Guests will be asked to show a valid identity document.
  • For reasons of public safety, guests can not introduce unregistered outsiders.
  • That's Napoli welcomes children aged 7 and up. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
  • Common areas are video monitored, in accordance with the principles, rules and obligations under the General measure 28 April 2010 of the Privacy.
  • Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30 a.m. to allow for room cleaning; after this time, cleaning will not be ensured.
  • Room and bathroom linen are changed as a rule once every three days or when appropriate, as per Regional Law no. 5 of 10 May 2001.
  • Inside the rooms there are small safes where you can leave valuables and personal items. That's Napoli shall under no circumstances and for no reason be liable for the loss of objects or other property belonging to the Guest.
  • In addition to the room keys, the client will be provided with the keys for entering the flat; in the event of loss of one or the other, there will be a 50€ penalty fee. Please ensure that the front door of the property is securely locked on both entry and exit.
  • The introduction and/or use of dangerous objects, gas canisters, flammable liquids, electric cookers, irons, open-flame appliances etc. in the facility and rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and in all common areas (Art. 51 Law no. 3 of 16 January 2003). The entire facility is equipped with smoke detectors.
  • It is forbidden to move furniture or furnishings in the rooms or common areas, and to interfere with or manipulate cables and electrical devices.
  • In order to avoid unnecessary consumption, please make sure when you leave the room that you have turned off the taps, lights and air conditioning. For proper use of air conditioning, please close windows and balconies during its operation.
  • The water is drinkable throughout.
  • Wi-Fi internet access is free of charge.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The Management reserves the right to claim compensation from its Guests for any damage and/or loss however caused to the property in a wilful and/or culpable manner.

  With the start of the stay is tacitly accepted the above mentioned regulation. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the premises, without any right to reimbursement, and with the charge of the full amount of the stay, as well as the costs of restoring the damage caused to persons or property housed in the building.
